It involves a greater emphasis on building interest in the property and requesting that buyers register for open homes. This not only gives us a truly interested buyer, but also encourages buyers on the fringe into viewing the home. This was demonstrated by the 60 people who registered to attend the open house and the final number of almost 180 who viewed the home.”  

As proven by this example, a greater degree of interest and higher viewing can drive both the total offers and the final number for which the property is sold. “We had a total of 30 offers on the property and it ended selling beyond the upper price range of $389,000. All in all a result we and our vendor are extremely pleased with” Perri stated. Advertising for this property was two quarter page advertisements in the local paper, supported by local letterbox drops, internet advertising and a virtual tour on the Starr Partners website. By creating excitement around the opening of the Starr Property Launch, Starr Partners created a sense of hype and buzz which stimulated interest and ultimately facilitated an extraordinary result.
